The SISEC SELECTS Hockey Academy; after receiving many resumes from hopeful applicants, conducting interviews and follow ups, we have hired a new full time Advisor/Teacher and assistant coach.
SISEC would like to announce that Steve Barg (Calgary, AB) has been hired on to join the staff with SISEC for the 2013-2014 season.
Steve comes from a hockey background and his passion for the game in addition to his educational mind has earned him the newly created position within our program.
With his new role, Steve will be responsible for ensuring our student-athletes understand, and complete their education with their ADLC Learning. Steve will also be assisting our student-athletes who will be taking their own distance learning curriculum from their own school districts, and ensuring our students are on track with their education and learning.
In addition to Steve's role as Education Advisor/Teacher, Steve will also put his hockey experience and passion to use and assist with the coaching duties alongside coaches Erik Olsen and Jason Lindner.
We are very excited to have Steve on board and look forward to having him work with our program.
